2+ yrs of experience in application support with Hands of experience in Batch Job monitoring and also working experience in SQL.
Mandatory

• Good understanding of PL/SQL, database concepts
• Good understanding of Unix, shell scripts
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills and customer handling skills

Preferable

• Good understanding of Java/J2EE framework
• Good understanding of Middleware technologies like Websphere/ IBM MQ
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications and technical architecture
