Situation handling on calls
Basics of technology – L1 Support (Presales/Postsales)
- OS -Windows/Linux/UNIX support
- Networking components, etc -Willing to work in shifts
- ITIL knowledge advantage
- Good Analytical & logical skills
- Eagerness to learn
- Positive attitude & approach
- Team player
- Good Knowledge of quality & process
Eligibility : Graduates/ Post Graduates (BE, B.Tech, BCA, BSc, BBM / ME, M.Tech, MCA, MSc, MBA ), Candidates with Diploma can Apply – But Need to be 10 +2 +3.
Arts Graduates are however not eligible.
