Designation : HR Executive/IT Recruiter
Experience : 1-3 Years
Location : Andheri (East).
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment through Referrals & Job portals.
- Co-ordination and follow-up with Consultancies.
- Scheduling Walk-In Interviews.
- Conducting telephonic rounds of interview.
- Schedule interviews as per convenience of Technical Panel.
- Selection of candidates through HR Interview.
- Up gradation of Resume Database.
- Generating Offers Letters.
- Offer Documentation.
- Completing Joining Formalities of new joiners.
- Ensure complete documentation & submission.
- Maintaining database of potential candidates on various technologies
Experience Details : Looking out for the Candidate who have handled the recruitment.
Compensation : Rupees 1,00,000 – 1,75,000
