Job Role:Project Manager – Java, J2EE TechnologiesJob Location: Hyderabad, India Number of Positions: Multiple Role Must be able to manage a team size of at least 10+ developers In-depth knowledge of Java, J2EE, XML, EJB, Struts, AJAX, Spring, Hibernate, Ruby On Rails, JBOSS, Agile Methodologies Must be able to handle multiple tasks Must be able to coordinate client communication Identifying potential performers within the team and grooming them for the appropriate activities/roles Creating awareness of various Quality processes amongst the team members Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements, design and development Feedback and appraisals of the team members Desired Profile  Extensive experience in Project Management Life Cycle: Initiation, Estimation, Execution, Monitoring, Closing Qualifications Must have at least Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or in related field.
