Mandatory Skills
# Having very sound knowledge on .NET fundamentals
# Having very good experience on C#, ASP.NET, and ADO.NET and Design patterns and .Net Security.
# Good knowledge on SQL Server and other Relational Databases
# Knowledge on Application Blocks, Enterprise Libraries, Software Service Factories

Desired Skills
# Knowledge on Performance, Globalization, Unit Testing frameworks will be an added advantage.
