Position Details

Position Title : Network Administrator
Location : Hyderabad
Duration : Full Time

Need to work in Night Shifts

Job description

* Should have minimum 2-4 years of experience in System/ Network Administration in a BPO environment
* Should be able to work on various OS (Windows-NT, Windows XP, and Linux.)
* Should be able to deploy various applications for in-house use as required for the Projects.
* Should be able to Setup and Maintain VoIP and call recording Systems.
* Hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining and manage CISCO Routers, Switches (Manageable and Un-Manageable).
* Should be responsible and available to troubleshoot network issues whenever required.
* Should have to report the Management from time to time regarding up gradations.
* Should be able to communicate with vendors and negotiate for quotes which can be presented to the Management (Whenever required)
* Manage a Team and Designate the jobs accordingly for a smooth Work flow.
* Certification in Cisco and any other accredited certifications in Networking is an added plus.
* Should be able to maintain inventory of all the in-house Hard Ware and Software
* Excellent communication skills and willing to work in the night shifts
