Web Designer – CSS XHTML Programmer
We would like to invite Web CSS XHTML programmers with at least 1-2 years experience and who can code CSS, Mainly external CSS (i.e. CSS written as a separate CSS file and called inside other languages for using the style). The skills required are as follows: (1) Template Designing as per Web 2.O Standards (2) Master’s in Table layouts (3) Master’s in DIV/CSS (4) Writing CSS in Nested Classes (5) Master Page Implementation (6) Flash Animation and Scripting (7) Knowledge of JavaScript.
We are looking for CSS Programmers with skills in areas such as (1) Template Designing using Layers in Photoshop (2) Logo Designing using Photoshop (3) Constructing Template using Nested DIV/CSS. At least 1 year of relevant experience is needed so that the candidate can be put directly on the project after recruitment. We expect the skills to get aligned / matured within 6 months and the candidate will be asked to lead other designers with step by step approach as per our CMMI Level 5 process. Ability to work on new technologies and build skills in self-learning mode is a great skill that we value in this role. We expect people to look at a minimum stint of 1 year in our company and look forward to their progression into Design Architect role.
Web Designer – Flash Programmer
This role requires skills in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver and DIV-CSS skills as described above but the key skills we are looking for is 1-3 years experience in Flash Programming using Action Script 2.0 / 3.0. We are looking for bright candidates and will provide training to cover any skill gaps.
