Job Description  

• Should Have 3+ years of planning of transmission Access/Back bone network.
• Planning of transmission Access/Back bone network
• Should have knowledge of planning tools like Path loss and MapInfo.
• Link budgeting – Prepare connectivity plans for new sites by ensuring 99.999% microwave link availability.
• Usage of Leased lines in the network.
• BSC connectivity and Ater planning to ensure minium Ater congestion in the network.
• Plan capacity for new sites and TRX expansions on a regular basis.
• Planning for reparenting of sites from one BSC to other to ease BSC capacity and enable new sites to be added.
• Planning for sufficient capacity availability during Nokia Ultrasite/Metrosite swap.
• Frequency Planning
• E1 through/MUX planning
• DCN/NMS Planning
• BOQ preparation as per Designed Network
• Coordination of survey teams and Installation teams as per the capacity available for the options given to them.
• Path profile analysis using path engineering tools like pathloss.
• Ensure clear & Fresnel zone obstruction free link.
• Guide the Installation team for implementation of critical Microwave links.
• Plan for suitable repeaters in case of Non availability of LOS for new sites.
• Should have Good Communication Skills.

Desired Profile   

B.E / Diploma Holder(Electronics & comm /Electrical) having 2 yrs -7 yrs of experience in Transmission Planning & Implementation.Venue for the Interview would be
