Job Description    
The Engineer would be responsible for giving technical solution.
Resolve technical issues through diligent research and troubleshooting
Work directly with other technical Support Partners, quality assurance, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and administration to resolve problems
Document all technical inquiries, develop and review content for knowledge base
Help test alpha and beta products.
Technical Specification:
Should have minimum of 3 Months exp in Unix OR Linux OR Windows
Working knowledge of Networking

Soft Skills:
Should have excellent communication skills
Should be willing twork in rotational shifts
Should be willing trelocate/work in Bangalore
Education     B.E/B.Tech
