Job Title:     QA Trainee
Job Description:
As a QA Trainee, you are responsible for test preparation (test cases),

testing (manual and/or automated),

and defect management for on-going projects,

ensuring compliance with corporate QA processes and standards.

Requirements:
Additional responsibilities may include:
Reviewing/Documenting requirements.
Working with TQM team to understand,

enforce, and refine processes for corporate-wide improvement initiatives.
Technologies:   

Technical Skill Set Needed:

• hands-on software testing experience, testing client server

and/or web-based applications (manual testing) is a plus
• Knowledge on Software Engineering is a plus.
• Knowledge of an automation tool,
preferably QuickTest Professional 8.2, a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Information System, or equivalent experience

Other Desired Skills:

• Highly detail-oriented
• Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
• Strong analysis and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
